Simply the best! After years of trying to find quality, reliable help in handymen, painting, landscaping, and general contracting here in Northeast Columbia, I count myself lucky at long last to have found Alvarado LLC. I have worked with them on several occasions now and they are trustworthy, dependable, hardworking, and extremely professional. They consistently work to the highest standards and they care as much about getting the job done right as I do. Just in this one photo they fixed a broken slat in the triangular attic vent and then repainted the whole thing, caulked some cracks in the brick that were letting in the rain, removed the pine straw from the roof, power-washed some tar stains on the brick from the shingles above the porch roof, and laid down pine straw under the porch. Most of these changes were at their suggestion. They have a good eye for detail. I just called about the attic vent. Suddenly my 40-year-old house looks like new again! Bottom line is that I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. They stand behind their work. They seem able to do everything. And they do it well.
